Reggie and Betty always kept my anxiety low and gave me great confidence in letting me know that they would get the job done. I recall a couple times emailing them like at 2 in the morning, and Reggie would reply immediately letting me know that he was still up working on my property like putting together documents and just getting things done. Instead , I realized, much too late, that possibly the recommendation came from Pascal's history with advertising with Alan. The whole transaction was so horrendous for me, pretty much from beginning to end, specifically being told to vacate my home , which I did exactly on time (I had 7 days after final negotiations to vacate, leaving me with no one that would take on an estate sale except one person that gouged me for 50% of my belongings , normally 35%). I was out on time and did not receive funding for 3 weeks after it was supposed to close. I asked Pascal " what's going on?" He said "believe me, I call every day to try and find out". I finally called a good friend that is a real estate broker and said "I've been out for 3 weeks. Isn't there any recourse I can have?' To which she said "what? Of course! Two days after you were out you have the right to ask for a legal document that is a 2-3 day to perform, which protected me. I brought it up to Pascal to which he did the form immediately. I asked all involved "why did I have to engage my friend the broker to know my rights as the seller?" Why wasn't I being taken care of by my realtor? Why didn't he protect me?
