Let's try this again, without the personal insults. As it seems that we can only refer to specific…read moreemployees if we have something positive to say. Additionally, I guess we'll continue to use a public forum since my many requests to speak to someone significant other than a nameless employee that acts like the boss has been ignored in favor of replying to my provocative review online. According to the records that the only pleasant and helpful staff member on duty this afternoon, other than the ladies at the Answering Service (we'll get to THAT later), sent me hours before the response that prompted this second less emotional yet more factual review: I have been there at least 50 times over the last 4 years and spent over $7,485.10 during that time. (More if we count the records I don't think I received since moving to your practice in 2020. Bernadette was born in June of 2020 and had her first puppy exam with you all around September, so there should be more records than I received. And yet more still, if we count the times I have been there on behalf of my dog training clients that have been with me just as long as I've been coming to you.) If over 50 trips into your establishment and being on first name basis with many of your staff members doesn't distinguish me from the so-called "masses" as you called me, then my dog tribe and I will happily spend our money somewhere else. In this economy, every penny counts and I won't be undervalued as a client or a person. As for arriving twenty minutes late to a nurse appointment for a blood draw and medication refill that only takes a few minutes during a down pouring extreme thunder storm & tornado watch complete with flash flooding, I know your policy. I understand that arriving on time is important, I hate running behind and felt awful. THAT'S WHY I CALLED YOU. Only, it wasn't you, was it. Despite having two employees at the front desk when I arrived, an answering service picked up my call and they are the ones that assured me that it was ok, thanks for letting them know, and please drive safe. Imagine my dismay when an employee that has seen me many times over the years took over my check in with other employee of shift to snidely inform me that my appointment was at 2:20p and it was 2:40p. When I told them that I had called ahead to let them know I was running late due to the weather, instead of moving on or handling the 'answering service protocol mishap' internally, the consistently rude-to-me employee questioned me as to whom I had spoken, as if I was lying. While I offered to show them my phone call log, they looked up my call and responded that the answering service was the one who I had talked to. How is that my fault? I did my due diligence, and your 'Client Care Advocate' should have done theirs before treating me like dirt. Even if it didn't occur to them to look up my calls to see if I had phoned ahead before attempting to put me in my place, they could have been a little kinder about it. Maybe have your Client Care Team try something like "Hey, Trinity, I see you're running twenty minutes late for your appointment with Sunny." Nice. Personal. You know, the kind of care that clients pay for. But that's not what happened and you can check your camera footage. When I questioned the rude nameless employee about their constant attitude towards me, their response was an apathetic "I'm sorry you feel that way." Somewhere around that time, they also told me that I would have to wait until the only other client in the building was seen. That was no problem, I agreed. Of course I don't want to hold up another client trying to care for their pet because I was running behind. How interesting when the client being referred to approached me while their dog was getting seen to commiserate with me about how drastically the customer service had declined over the years. Again, you can check the cameras. It's all there. That validation was the last confirmation I needed to take my business elsewhere after many unpleasant interactions with rude nameless employee and some others. That acknowledgment by another animal professional and total stranger who literally witnessed the entire interaction was enough to convince me that I wasn't overreacting in taking my business somewhere it is valued.

My dog needed medical care last Thursday and even though I have never been to this hospital before…read morethey were there to help me! The receptionist was really nice on the phone and helped walked me through things even in my panic. My regular vet did not have the ability to "work us in". Hurricane Animal Hospital was VERY busy but they did everything my pet needed because he was so sick. I spoke with a veterinary technician when I brought my boy in for the admission appointment, but the doctor called me as soon as he was able with an update! Unfortunately I know some clients with scheduled appointments had to wait longer than normal, BUT I am so appreciative there is someone in out area who will go above and beyond when our pets are in true need. When I came Friday to get my pet who had been hospitalized they were taking in a stray from the Animal Shelter who was also in bad shape. Even when there is not an owner to pay the bill they are doing what is best for animals! I know I will never go anywhere else! Thank you! My boy is home and getting better every day!
