In my experience, Dr. Bobby's general surgery practice is truly a cut above the rest. ​From the moment you walk in, the office sets a different tone. The environment is lovely and comfortable, but it is the staff that truly shines. They are first-rate, professional, and operate with a noticeable level of warmth and "know-how"--there is never any confusion or fumbling. I never have to wait long, and I always feel like I am in capable, caring hands. ​In many modern practices, the experience can feel like an "in and out" assembly line where you don't always feel seen or heard. Dr. Bobby is the wonderful exception. He is incredibly attentive, personable, and highly competent. He takes the time to give straight answers in clear terminology, and I never feel rushed. For the first time in a long while, I feel truly listened to. Most importantly, I have experienced remarkable relief from the chronic symptoms I was dealing with on a daily basis. Very disapointing unethical conduct. I had an appointment to see Sammy Eghbalieh, MD (a vascular…read moresurgeon) on November 14, 2025 to go over test results and discuss my diagnosis, prognosis, and future care and treatment. Prior to the appointment I confirmed that I would be seeing this particular doctor. However, after I arrived and waited for about 25 minutes, I was ushered into an exam room whereupon a person came in and started asking me questions. I said "am I going to be seeing Dr. Eghbalieh today?" She said "no, I will be seeing you." She told me she was a physician's assistant. I questioned this polite young woman and was told in so many words that Dr. Eghbalieh was busy elsewhere and that he was not familiar with my records and that she had not spoken to him about me or my medical issues. She said she felt comfortable advising me. It was obvious to me that the doctor never planned on personally seeing me or supervising my care. This was very frustrating. I did not wait months to see a physician's assistant to discuss very serious medical issues. A physician's assistant does not go to medical school, does not go through a medical residency program, does not have a fellowship, etc. Why would I want to trust this very young physician's assistant to give me complicated medical advice about very serious medical issues? Why did this medical office do what they did? I think the answer is obvious. Dr. Eghbalieh is after profits, and he is having patients seen by a physician's assistant who is paid much less than the value of his own time. This was my second visit to Dr. Egbalieh's office. On the first visit, the doctor was not around and I was seen by a person who identified herself as a "MA." I found out later that "MA" stands for "medical assistant." I did not express my disapointment at that time that Dr. Egbalieh was not there to see me because medical conclusions were not going be made at that time. Instead, I was scheduled for some medical testing. I mention this because it is apparent that it is this doctor's normal business practice to use less qualified personnel to handle his patients. The result is that he makes more money and the patients receive inferior medical care. I question whether what he is doing is even legal. Is it legal for a medical assistant or a physician's assistant to practice medicine without the supervision of a doctor? At a minimum it is unethical. The physician's assistant admitted to me in so many words that she was acting without the supervision of a doctor, and I have to believe the medical assistant did the same based on what transpired. What should have happened? I should have been informed in advance that the doctor was not going to keep his appointment, and his underlings should not have been utilized without his proper supervision. If for some reason it is appropriate to utilize a physician's assistant under the circumstances, then that fact should be told to the patient in advance. I asked the courteous receptionist for a copy of my medical file (to be sent) and departed. I obviously do not plan to return.

Dr. Fung and his entier office staff listens to your symptoms, finds the correct treatment for your family, and works with your family to make good health happen! He made a late Friday appointment to accommodate my employer. He praised my brother for being in the process of quitting smoking and really worked with him during the procedure as he was very nervous. Finally, when we got to CVS to pick up the RX called in, the pharmacist was out of that pain medication and said she could not reach the doctor so it would have to wait until Monday. However, when I called it was transferred to him directly and he cleared things up within seconds. Growing older is never painless but when you have good people who know what they are doing and treats every person with dignity and respect growing old isn't so bad. Warning the parking is $2.00 every 15 minutes but their is street parking and a loading area for after the procedure.

First of all after four treatments of the lazer surgery my legs feel a great deal lighter and might I say for an older fellow, a terrific sense of normalcy. I will touch base with Dr St Hilaire after the final Ultra Sound test in West Hills. It was an astonishing enlightening and pleasant experience. So how can you accomplish this with a visit to a surgery center. Well San Fernando Valley Group made it look easy. First of all everybody was friendly , as well as professionally expert in their working through the procedure called Endovenous Ablation. The superlative staff starting with the nurses Madina and Jaime were as good as it gets in supporting me through this procedure. Nicole the anaesthesiologist was so nice as she explained to me how she would make me comfortable and I would say happy during the 30 minute or so surgery. Tim as I called him "the man"who was the technician to handle the lazer was stellar in his expertise and pleasant demeanour.I got a chance to meet Lydia the office manager and I must compliment the way she manages this fine establishment. The staff works effortlessly to make you feel safe and comfortable in every way. As my lady who accompanied me there stated the place was also immaculate.
