During the first appointment I received a lecture for knocking on the door (to ask a question) a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. The place was empty! I had a stool sample to return by a specific time but I had to schedule an appointment. I explained to her there were no appointments available and the time frame to submit the stool sample would expire. Her reply...you have to make an appointment to drop it off!!! Such a waste of TIME. I'm traveling to get the test completed in CA to avoid her pathetic demeanor. This individual represents Quest Diagnostics, it's apparent Quest Diagnostics doesn't really care about the services they provide. It appears that they are saturated with business and can treat customers as a number rather than treating sick people with any humanity. Do yourself a favor and drive to CA to avoid this utterly poor care.

So I (and the tech) are imagining the lump and my pain is all in my head. I will never use this organization again and neither should you. Also, to get copies to take to a competent radiologist costs $20, takes several weeks, and I have to go in to request it in person and to fill out the many forms required. Wow.

I was told that it was going to cost me $100.00 because my Dental Insurance would cover it. I'm already into this Low Cost Dental for 12K out of my own pocket. But I paid the $100.00 because I needed my teeth to fit. The lady that worked on me said Norm this $100.00 will be good for 6 months . It this doesn't work just come back in. If you get another bill just bring it back to me. Well the hard reline didn't work but guess what? I got a new bill for $150.00. When I called to tell them what was said about me paying the $100.00 and not having to pay again. I was told the doctor that help me with the hard reline was wrong. I owe $150.00 because my Dental Insurance won't take care of it. If I pay them another $150.00 it will be good for 6 months. I called my Insurance Co and was told. We can't keep paying for a service if they can't make it right. If I don't pay this $150.00 I will end up with bad credit. So far nothing has worked . I'm out 12k for a piece of crap sitting in my dresser drawer. Not a happy camper. What would you do?

Their receptionists are also unfriendly and disrespectful. Also, my concerns to Dr. Bates were dismissed by them, as they responded only with a one paragraph letter that completely ignored my complaint. I feel they left me swinging in the wind. Creekside Family Medicine in Medford Oregon is NOT a safe place, in my experience.
