I waited two weeks from their estimated date and never heard anything. I finally called them and they gave us a new estimated week of service. That week came and went with no communication. I reached out again and was told we were top priority and they would send someone out the following Monday which was a month from the original date we were given. When the date of service rolled around it snowed and everything was frozen. They have been out to our place a few times and it appears they tried to clean the gutters per our security cameras but we've heard no updates as to what is going on. The communication has been poor. If I would have known it was going to take this long I would have saved my money and purchased my own ladder and climbed up to the roof and done it myself. Needless to say I am not pleased with their services.

Come January, I had a bat INSIDE the house. I had the exterminator come this Spring and he found a very obvious hole that he could see from standing on the deck, if that had been taken care of last Fall, I wouldn't have had a bat inside my home. I just asked to be reimbursed for the cost of the exterminator and they would not agree to that.
