I had been a member for many years. I boarded my dog for 1 night with doggy day for the day I…read moredropped her off. The 2nd day I was booked for doggy day care no overnight. I picked her up at 2:30, when I usually do doggy day care it is 8am to 5pm. I was informed that I had another night of boarding. It just does not make sense, no overnight. What do they do take her out of overnight kennel and put her in day care and charge for overnight. No one could explain this. I was told I would get a refund but never received. I canceled my membership not just for this I picked up my pet and she was limping, they asked me if I bought her in like this of course not, then she said maybe someone stepped on her, she is small. She yelled when you touched her so I am sure when it happened she yelled in pain. Took her to vet xrays thank goodness not broken but she still limps off and on. Taking her again well over $400. Accidents happen but should have been informed. I lost trust with them and think the business has slipped.

The owner texted my husband the address, and he called the number to see what time they are open so he could check it out and then again when he arrived to let them know he was there. A man was outside shoveling, when Eric pulled up to the property and proceeded to YELL & CURSE at my husband telling him to STOP CALLING his wife and telling him to pull over and wait. FIRST OF ALL, who the hell is gonna pull over and wait for you to GIVE YOU BUSINESS when you come at them screaming and cursing about calling?! NOT only that acting as if my husband was calling his wife for anything other then information about the kennel. We JUST FOUND THIS PLACE, we did not know these people. SO WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Wouldn't trust them to watch a fish. If this is how they treat a protentional customer, I can't imagine how they treat the animals in their care.

I boarded my dog here in June and was absolutely disgusted. When I picked him up he had a deep scratch down his nose. I assumed it was from a run-in with another dog and no big deal so I ignore and take him out to the car. When I go to lift him in he smelled so strongly like cleaning product and was covered with poop on his rear (this has never happened at home, he is a large dog). I go inside to ask for a paper towel or something to clean him up and no one comes out so after standing there for a few minutes I just leave and go put him in my car. He had mass amounts of hair coming off him so I give him a bath as soon as we get home and notice he has an ear infection (hasn't had one since he left the pound) and his paw paws are peeling off and cracking I can't even imagine what would cause this. He used to go into his crate no problem and it took 3 days for him to willingly go into his crate again. When I initially left for vacation and contacted them for an update it took 48+ hours to respond. This isn't just unacceptable it's boarder line animal abuse. I would never, under any circumstances take my dog there again.

Mark and his wife love the animals and you can truly tell their hearts are honestly in it. we now have a 15 week old male border collie who will be going here for his lifetime. Mark even calls periodically if he hasn't heard from you in a while to make sure all is well. they take their time and even sign to the dog's/animals if need be. he will also alert you of any suspected health problems immediately. I consider them family and I recommend them to every dog owner I know.
