No one ran around the sanctuary waving banners over us while we tried to worship. The messages are excellent. The word is always practical and drawn out of the scriptures. Unfortunately, in my past I experienced a pastor who is comfortable telling lies, and that's made me a somewhat cynical person. Now when I look at a church, I really check it out, and especially check out everything about the pastor. This pastor, Greg, is a solid guy. A Christian. A man's man. Above all, someone who doesn't lie. There are 200 to 300 people attending the church. They have a full list of various kinds of small groups available AND Friday night softball! This church has become our home and I recommend it to anyone who is looking around for a new Church.

Plus mentioned during announcements or sermon , plus MacArthur study bibles everywhere.... Was a little like Johnny Mac is the fourth member of thr trinity. No communion!! I guess due to time restraints over the baptisms but heck, another 15 minutes over the service time at least for me would have been fine! It's just where I attend we practice open mic breaking of bread for an hour prior to prayer hour then a message for an hour. Very different model for service here but if you want teaching I'm sure it won't be hard to find here. They are monergistic and sesationistic which I agree are both biblical. The average age I would guess is about 37 here which is refreshing.

There's sunday school (daycare) for all ages, including high school group during the 9:45 service and jr. high during the 8AM service. There are a ton of small group Bible studies, Bible classes like Numerology and Hebrew, and social groups like 20s, college-age, young couples, singles, and of course men and women's groups. The pastors are all very knowledgable and have different interests, focuses, and preaching styles. The worship is sometimes a little ... lacking ... I mean musically, not spiritually. But there is a new worship pastor who is putting together new teams, and there are many talented musicians here. The music has certainly improved since I started going here.

It is amazing!!!It looks modern inside, there are separate rooms for children's Ministry, there are rooms used for the youth Ministry or campus activities. The church focuses on the Bible, personal relationship with God, deep friendships, and doing good in the community. There's a wide age range, from young children to mature adults. It's awesome to have many other families with young children like ours. We love the new building! The building has been thoughtfully renovated and is bright, open, and inviting, with an awesome park next door. It's so refreshing getting together in person again and we're grateful for the children's classes that have resumed on Sundays!
