I purchased a vehicle from Dealers Choice which can not pass emissions. I live in one of the 13…read morecounties where emissions is required. When I found out the car could not pass emissions I contacted Buz Snyder who said they could fix the vehicle. When I drove out there they did not fix vehicle but offered me my purchase price. I told them I wanted the vehicle repaired as I had already spent money having some things on the car fixed like brakes and remote entry and sunroof. I made a goodwill deal with them that I would buy the parts (car needed new catalytic converters and check engine light bulb) and they could perform repairs or pay for the labor of the repairs. Buz agreed. TO date I have not gotten my money back for the repairs. I sent them receipts certified mail along with my expectations. I saw another review on google where someone was having the same problem and they did not fix her problem either! I reported them to the BBB and also filed a complaint with the clean air campaign.

I cannot speak more highly of Garrett's courtesy, punctuality, or professionalism. He told me he's done this for over 8000 cars over 25 years in business. Heavy rust bubbles on the passenger door that were not disclosed. The pictures were taken as such an angle as to hide the damage. Many other issues with the car that as a restored vehicle were not disclosed. The owner refuses to accept responsibility for his listing and description of the car, Would not recommend this company to anyone.
