Language: His English is fluid and very good, he even speaks other dialects of Italian and Spanish as well. For all you English speakers out there, you have nothing to worry about. When we booked a week in Positano recently, we of course contacted Luciano for transportation services. Our second experience was as good as the first. We used them for: - pickup at our Naples hotel, then to Pompeii, then to a wine tour/lunch and then onto our hotel in Positano. - pickup at our Positano hotel, then to the trailhead of a hike, then a pickup at the end of the trail and then back to our Positano hotel. - pickup at our Positano hotel, then to a wine tour, then to an Amalfi restaurant and then back to our Positano hotel. - pickup at our Positano hotel and drive us to the airport in Rome. In every case, the driver was early and exactly where he was supposed to be, the cars were clean and well maintained and the driving experience was safe and calm. Each of the drivers were very professional and engaging. I worked with Luciano extensively before and during our trip as our plans and needs changed. His responses were prompt and his execution was flawless. He understood exactly what we wanted and made it happen immediately. Highly recommend.

We were told it was going to be 150€ for only a 15 min drive. Although this was extremely expensive we were willing to pay. The taxi picked us up and we paid 100€ and we were going to pay the 50€ on the way back. The taxi driver that we had never came to pick us up and I called his number multiple times. Rainbow Limos was highly recommended by a friend and prices seemed quite comparable to other private transport. They picked us up at the Naples train station and drove us to Positano with a stop for a prearranged private tour (that they set up) of Pompeii, then at the end of our stay picked us up at our hotel and took us to Naples airport. If you have the budget I would highly recommend the guided Pompeii tour - I think we got a lot more out of it than if we had been wandering around on our own. They were efficient in communication ahead of time, very clear on details and prices via email, on time/ahead of time for pick ups, and we felt very safe with them. They were extremely kind when our train from Rome was delayed and helped make sure our private Pompeii tour could still happen. Would absolutely use them again!
