When we got to Napoli we were met by an assistant Jessica who walked us to our shuttle. We were picked up in a nice black van and during the beautiful drive the driver gave us the history of different locations we passed through. I'm not sure if this is apart of their typical service but the driver (unfortunately I didn't get his name) acted as a tour guide as we drove to Sorrento. He even gave us suggestions of places to see, things to eat, etc. He even told us when to get our cameras ready for beautiful photos. At one point he even pulled over and let us get out and took a photo of us with the beautiful Sorrento Coast in the background. He was very professional, and personable. Rainbow Limos was highly recommended by a friend and prices seemed quite comparable to other private transport. They picked us up at the Naples train station and drove us to Positano with a stop for a prearranged private tour (that they set up) of Pompeii, then at the end of our stay picked us up at our hotel and took us to Naples airport. If you have the budget I would highly recommend the guided Pompeii tour - I think we got a lot more out of it than if we had been wandering around on our own. They were efficient in communication ahead of time, very clear on details and prices via email, on time/ahead of time for pick ups, and we felt very safe with them. They were extremely kind when our train from Rome was delayed and helped make sure our private Pompeii tour could still happen. Would absolutely use them again!

In October 2015, we booked the Amalfi Coast single day tour. Rino collected us at our hotel in…read moreNaples in a luxury sedan, on time and with the warmest smile. The tour included visits to Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello with beautiful views of the sea and coastline. We stopped in Positano for the most delicious lunch (and fell in love with the city). Along the way, Rino shared his favorite stops so we could admire the breathtaking views and take photos. During the whole tour, Rino shared stories of his homeland, Sorrento, and the region. Just an absolutely perfect day! Based on this lovely experience with Rino, we decided to revisit the Amalfi coast in 2016. We contacted Italy Limousine and Josephine worked with us on scheduling dates, providing suggestions, and assisting with reservations; she was the key to making our trip awesome. This year, we booked two tours. The first, a one-way tour from Naples airport with a drop at our hotel in Positano. Because we arrived around noon, Josephine customized our tour to include a stop for lunch at a winery near Pompeii. The luncheon included a wine tasting and the most fresh and delicious meal (antipasta, spaghetti, and pastry); a perfect way to begin our vacation in Italy. Our driver, Antonio, was super friendly and played wonderful music, and we so relished the breathtaking views. After our week stay in Positano, Capri, and Naples, our second tour was to Florence. We were delighted to find Antonio's warm and welcoming smile at our hotel in Naples (exactly on time). Off we went for our five hour trek to Umbria; and again, Josephine suggested we stop in Orvieto, a beautiful town with a 14th Century Cathedral and Underground. After enjoying a brief lunch and tour of the city, we joined a tour offered in Italian, and were so thankful that Antonio joined us and translated the Italian to English. Upon arriving in Florence, we were saddened to say good-bye to our friend, Antonio, as he went above and beyond in making our day so enjoyable. It was a Saturday afternoon, he was at the hotel to pick us up in just 15 mins with a beautiful Mercedes. Traffic was exceptionally heavy, but Alex was an awesome driver, so patient and gave us sightseeing tips all along the way! He took us to a wonderful restaurant in Ravello for lunch and then to the Villa Cimbrone Gardens which were beautiful! We will certainly ask for Alex whenever we are back here on the Amalfi Coast!!!

They have wonderful cars (mostly Mercedes of various sizes) and can do any type of transport that you may require from airport transfer, to day trips to even finding you a guide at local tourist sights such as Pompeii or Ravello. And unlike some other companies, all of these drivers speak perfect English so there is no need to struggle with your Italian (good thing for this language challenged gal!) I used them to take us to Ravello and our driver, Gianluca, was so delightful that we immediately booked him for an additional day trip to take us to Sorrento and Pompeii. What makes them so special is that they go the extra mile. When we got to Ravello, Gianluca knew a local restaurant to take us to for lunch that wasn't even on our list and the food was great and the staff very welcoming. He also knew to take us across the valley so we could look back on the gardens we were going to go to and see how beautiful they were on the edge of the coast. Trust me- you don't want to be renting a car and driving yourself on the twisty, turning roads that make up the Amalfi Coast. There were times where we were backing up to let the large tour buses go by and other times where we just had to pull to the side of what looked like a complete drop off to let big trucks go by. I felt safe, and confident the entire time we were in Gianluca's car. And here's a treat. When our driver heard we were in Italy celebrating birthdays, he went out of his way to call his friend who worked at Li Galli Restaurant (see my review) and get us the best table in the house and this on a Friday night! This service will run you about 200 euros for 4 hours and 50 euro for each hour after that. And while they do take credit cards, they don't take Am Ex so know before you go. Definitely a great service provider with some of the friendliest people in town! Every time we walked by their office (which was just around the corner from our villa) the drivers would come out to say "hi" which again made us feel like we were highly appreciated! Thanks guys!
