I ordered food at The Green Burrito located inside the Valero gas station and had a very disappointing experience due to poor customer service.
I was not asked what toppings I wanted before my burrito was wrapped. When I asked if there were any vegetables, the employee gave me an attitude and said they only had cilantro and onions. When I then asked for guacamole and sour cream (which are standard burrito toppings), she rolled her eyes and told me I should have said everything before she made it even though I was never asked and I haven't been there in over a year.
I was spoken to in a rude and condescending way for simply asking for what I wanted on food I was paying for.
I understand people have long shifts, but eye-rolling and talking down to customers is not acceptable. I let the cashier know. I'm not sure who manages the place and I was told, " Really after she's worked here for a long time?" I've been going there before the Green Burrito opened. Usually staff is nice and friendly. I don't know what's going on with that lady, but it's obvious she doesn't like her job or even cares. read more
