The front of the building has changed a little, with more oil, water, and gas stains on the ground, but that's to be expected. Nonetheless, it contains most of the fundamental requirements that any person would require, and you may pay with a card at the pump or go inside to pay. There are a number of snacks to choose from, albeit the selection was fairly limited due to the absence of several snacks; they also have their own deli section where food is sold. It had a fair variety of choices, which was nice. It also has a section for their baked products, but from what I've sampled, they aren't that nice, so I wouldn't recommend it unless you really want some coffee with bread. When I go to a gas station, I like to grab a taquito and their chicken, and one of my favorite places for that has been QuikTrip. Although this location had a nicely flavored chicken and taquito, it was crispy, which I like, and the chicken itself was pleasantly juicy. Furthermore, one of the cool features of this establishment is their walk-in freezer for alcoholic beverages; I just think the concept and design are cool, as you step into a different area with a decent assortment of alcoholic beverages. Additionally, every time I've been here, the staff has been quite kind and helpful. For example, I was struggling to find plates for the taquito and the lady immediately noticed and pointed me to the plates, so the staff is amazing in my experience, despite the fact that it's a gas station, which surprised me because it's not the place you anticipate good service from. Overall, I didn't anticipate much from a small gas station, but it is undoubtedly a great gas station considering the locality.

Customer service has gone downhill here sad to say. I stopped by for gas like I usually do and…read moredecided to pay in cash since I am in between banks and I was greeted by an older Hispanic man with long hair. I explained to him the amount of gas I wanted. I handed him the money and he mindlessly took my money and shoved it in the register. Keep in mind cashiers usually count the money in front of you but this time was different. "Hmm that's weird" , I thought to myself but I gave him the benefit of the doubt trusting all the great service I've received here before so I go outside to pump the gas. I pump the gas and low and behold my gas was missing $5.00. So I tell myself no biggie I'll just go inside and tell him . This man was honestly so disrespectful and downright foul and even went the extra mile to call me crazy . He said it's just $5.00 . I don't care if it was a dime it's still my money. I have never been more embarrassed or ridiculed in my whole life. This man and another coworker sat there and verbally abused me over this exclaiming I was an old crazy woman and I have something wrong in my head. I walked out because the $5.00 was not worth the verbal abuse I received from these employees. Downright ghetto and unprofessional. 7/11 please bring back your amazing cashiers that actually respect people's time and money because nobody deserves to be treated that way especially by a negligent employee who hates his job.
