Given my work hours and TMC location, it is difficult for me to travel to an office for a weekday appointment otherwise, so this office made it easy for me to walk in for a quick lunchtime appointment. For about 1-hour, I had the undivided attention of a CFA to answer all of my investing questions and for free, simply for being a Fidelity customer. One of the reasons why I chose Fidelity as an online broker was due to the fantastic customer service online + on the phone, in addition to the easy-to-navigate educational information they provide for new investors on their website. My in-person experiences lived up to Fidelity's strong web/telephone reputation in providing me with a valuable and satisfying experience thanks to their knowledgable + friendly staff. While their advisors will not tell you what specific funds to invest in, they can provide you with a very clear, conceptual strategy for investing that equips you to confidently make your own investment decisions. Come prepared with your questions, and you will leave satisfied!

As a medical professional, I'm well aware of the fact that you can't go into any medical office and ask for the cardiologist. Don't give me stupid metaphors just because the question I asked about my Fidelity account wasn't nearly as generic as I thought. And excuse me for thinking maybe you had an idea about the Methodist specific plans since you're located inside the Scurlock Tower of Houston Methodist. If you need help with your Fidelity account, don't bother stopping by this office. You're better off calling the phone number and waiting for an hour than dealing with this behavior.

He'll even ask again if I checked-in before I even stepped foot out the door. I finally had to tell him that I am not comfortable with social media knowing my location. He never harassed me about it again. The first time I came here, I was interested in what David has to offer b/c after receiving a letter from the IRS, it feels intimidating and I wanted to be sure to take the RIGHT steps to handle this case correctly. Before coming to Infinity, I read the notice from the IRS thoroughly to be well-aware of my situation and what I can do to fix it. I was told David just started the business and that he could help me with my tax situation when I was well aware I could have taken the steps myself by following the SAME instructions that was listed on my IRS notice. But here I am, helping him market his business. Throughout the times I was scheduled to meet with him, at some meetings I had to give him some papers and some meetings he just spoke in circles. He never once discussed HOW MUCH each step was going to be or if I wanted to proceed with them. Instead, at our LAST meeting, closing up on my tax case, he tells me the fees and changed the price a few times infront of me which makes me feel very uneasy, and it was a grand total of $500. Oh! And then he'll seal up the paperwork and place it in a Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope and have you pay for the shipping rate and drop it off at your nearest post office....... My dad had a similar case as me and all my brother had to do was call the IRS line and they'll guide you through the process, FOR FREE!
