And I wait, and I wait- mind you I need this blanket!! I call again. They never update the email. Now I'm really getting annoyed. I voice my frustration- I get an apology. Ok great- I'm told a week. Week goes by- nothing. Now I'm getting multiple texts saying they need my credit card information on file.... So that you can get in touch with me for?? Huh. Well- I had no intention of giving them my credit card. And I told them so and how dissatisfied o wax was their service and that I would pay when I picked up my blanket like any other service a customer would use. I went today- they automatically open the locker- note on the blanket "rejected ". THEY NEVER SERVICED THE BLANKET!!! Sooo I warn anyone not to use this dry cleaner EVER.
