Sounds like a lot of food, right? It was, but with a price tag of a mere 17€! We spent more eating at a mcdonalds. Not only was the food delicious but the portions generous. We selected him and his team for our wedding in Tuscany in April 2018 and it couldn't have been more perfect. The process was amazing - Alessio gave us an incredible choice of food on the menus, and all were extremely gourmet options - not the standard mass-dinner selections you usually get for weddings. He let us mix and match to our taste. On the day, he and his team were excellent - they supplied not only amazing food and service, but also everything else you needed - chairs, tables, glassware, bar, apertivo - the whole thing from start to finish. His traditional cake show, where he made the wedding cake by hand in front of the guests was truly a wow moment, very memorable and great for pictures and to get the energy up after a dinner.
