With table service, you can order from any of the vendors, and after starting with a basket of crusty bread, we had the Pulpo a la Plancha from Casa Maria. This was a whole grilled octopus tentacle served over turnip greens and boiled potato, all dressed with paprika oil. We also had the rice of the day from Le Petit Tamboril, which was a paella of rice boiled in a yellow seafood broth along with chunks of shrimp and calamari. The rice had a deep, umami, seafood flavor from the broth and perfectly crispy, caramelized bits (socarrat) on the bottom of the pan. Everything here came at a great value, and the lively, hip atmosphere made for a fun place to dine!
