I would NOT recommend this tree service company. They…read moreperformed work for my neighbor and, without my permission or any communication, cut multiple branches off a tree on my property. This was not a minor trim...five branches were removed from a tree that does not belong to their client. At no point did anyone knock on my door, attempt to verify property lines, or get consent before cutting. This shows a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for property rights. To make matters worse, the cuts they made left the tree looking uneven, poorly shaped, and clearly not cared for by a professional. It now looks damaged rather than maintained. If you're considering hiring this company, I strongly suggest confirming how they handle property boundaries and neighbor communication because in my experience, they did neither. I am extremely disappointed and would caution others before using their services.

We had a very large maple tree estimated to be 60 years old with several trunks. Power and utility lines ran under on 2 sides. Watching them remove the limbs was like watching a choreographed production. They also ground the stump with a robotic grinder that was fascinating to watch and made very short work of it. They also removed 3 limbs from a healthy 50 year old oak tree. One of the limbs extended over top of our house. They did a nice job of cleaning up. If I could give them six stars, I would!!!!

This is hands-down the best team I've ever hired! Words can't express how impressed with this team…read morethat I am! I bought a beautiful historic home in Brookside two years ago with a gorgeous tree in the front! Unfortunately, due to homeowner neglect, it was left overgrown and sad...to the point it was endangering my home... Kalin and his team rescued me! They were able to beautifully manicure the tree to a beautiful shape and save my yard and home! Bonus - they took a dying tree out of the back yard at little extra cost! Phenomenal! A couple weeks ago my best friend called concerned about her lovely tree that needed to be taken down...unfortunately, it was diseased and couldn't be saved... yet again, Kalin and his team came to the rescue...despite the slew of calls for other jobs available after the storm, he made time for us and managed to have the tree down in no time! So impressed! We can't give anything but a GLOWING yelp review! They have been incredible! On time, clean up, courteous & sooooo hard working. They even helped our neighbor take things out of her basement that day because of flooding we had here in KC! Kalin and his team are truly superior and do not hesitate to be there for you when needed the most! Thanks to their awesome group for superior professionalism and helpfulness when one is in need!

I am giving this company a low rating because of poor communication and unprofessional customer…read moreservice from Tony Brown. I hired them to trim two ornamental trees in my backyard because they had done other work in our neighborhood. Their quote was higher than others I received, but I accepted it for convenience. The work was scheduled for Thursday. That day, they called and said they were backed up and probably would not get to my trees until Friday or the following week. My wife and I left to run errands, but later that afternoon I received a text saying, "We are almost done with your trees." I was frustrated because I had not been home to verify the work or arrange payment. When I texted my availability, Tony did not coordinate with me. He simply said he would come the next morning to collect the check. I was home most of the morning, but he showed up during the one hour I was at the gym. Instead of contacting me directly, he complained to the HOA President, which was inappropriate for a private transaction. When he eventually returned, he texted, "I'm here," stayed in his truck, and waited for me to come to him. The exchange was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The tree work may have been completed, but the poor communication and customer service were unacceptable. I will not use this company again.
