WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY This was my worst experience with…read morea carpet cleaning service. The cleaners arrived 2.5 hours later than the agreed time. The quality of the cleaning is terrible - the carpets are still dirty. The cat hair that I was promised would be removed was left in wet clumps all over the house. The carpets under the table and behind the doors in the rooms were not touched at all. A 3 bedroom house with carpets everywhere except the kitchen and bathroom was 'cleaned' in less than 30 minutes!? When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the quality of cleaning, they were rude to me, yelled at me that it took them a long time to get to me, refused to correct the situation and just left. A so-called 'discount' of £25 for this quality is totally unacceptable. I have regretted 100 times falling for the good reviews of this company. Perhaps they have other staff who do their job with integrity, but I was not so lucky to meetthem. Even after they left, when the carpet had dried a bit, I used a regular vacuum cleaner and picked up as much dust as usual. Moreover, there are some new stains on the dried carpet. I still don't understand what I paid money for??? P.S. When I left a negative review about them, instead of apologising, they blocked me on FB.

Surprisingly not that many in the Chesterfield area... so while I was in between meetings at the new job, I sent off enquiries to three different companies. Only two responded and only Tidy Tiffany & Co was able to meet the timeframe we were looking for... on really short notice. Jemma was quick to respond to my email and was able to give me a quote over the phone based on my description of the house and what needed doing... which was really appreciated since we were already in London and couldn't just pop over to the house to let someone in. I'll admit that when the quote came in, Mr. Snarky and I didn't think it would take 6 hours of work, but the quote was bang on the money! Not only that, but when I talked with Jemma on the phone about the fact that we were driving up from London and we would drive back early evening, she was able to get more of her staff to help out, so we wouldn't be leaving quite so late. When they showed up, they were all wearing black uniforms so you could identify them easily and they were really friendly. They got to work quickly and between the three of them, managed to clean the house (3 bed semi-detached) in two hours. Jemma even cleaned the refrigerator :). They asked us to do a walk through and make sure that we were happy with the results. They did a wonderful job... the house looked like it did when we moved in. Not to mention that they were able to accommodate us on really short notice (I contacted them the same week... Wednesday or Thursday and they came to clean on Saturday afternoon). I don't have any other quotes to compare to as the other company needed to walk through the house, but at £160 for three staff, over two hours, on short notice... we thought it worth every penny! If you need any cleaning services, definitely check out Tidy Tiffany & Co... best service and result we could have asked for!

There are drum shells, cymbals, drum sticks, cahons, TRAVEL cahons, studio, live and stadium shakers, and a section dedicated to Brazilian percussion. My eyes are on a Squire Jazz bass and a beeeee-yoo-tee-ful mango scented Eddy Finn tenor ukelele with the warmest sound ever. My hands are all aver the percussion, banging this, twanging that, and shaking everything. My companion leaves with a guitar bag, a Shubb capo, and a guitar stand, all at good prices. I manage to resist the huge temptation of buying the tenor ukelele, even on the second visit to the shop later that day. And it's a regret, as the shop price is cheaper than any price I can find on the internet. Smiley, knowledgeable and freindly staff mean I'll be back here soon when I'm next in Nottingham.
