I have lived here for nearly 5 years. All staff and residents are lovely. However,my lift has been out of order for 5 days. This means that those of us with mobility issues are isolated and unable to socialize. This is exacerbating mental health issues adversely too. I am also unable to get to the shop and have no one to help me with food supplies. Keep your fingers crossed that I don't go into a diabetic coma!!! read more
