I didn't get to return it until later to which they said they could not refund my money for it nor pay for the postage and that I could come pick it up in Nashua. I live about an hour from Nashua and so after all that I had already done, I felt that that was it was inappropriate for them to not refund my money for for this ineffective device fitted by a person who didn't know what they were doing, and then they were argumentative with me about this about the request to be refunded for that portion of the bill it just didn't seem fair at all to me and I paid them in full, but to my regret it's a loss. I would never go here again.

It was a series of short tests and not one long one. The technician did her best to accommodate my type music which is non-mainstream and 80's. Before having the MRI, I also addressed a lower back problem on the RIGHT side with NHOC.. That evening, in bed, I could not get comfortable because my lower back on the LEFT side was now hurting. Mostly in the area of the SI Joint. As of this review, a week later), my pain is still there. I'm not sure if the machine caused the problem or something the technician did. All I know is that I did not have this new back problem before the MRI.

And keep going until whatever you have that is injured is rehabilitated. This clinic has provided me much assistance in healing for my neck (2007) and lower back (2017) which turn out to be my weak areas. My conditions are bulging discs, herniated disc, and spinal stenosis. On 08/31/2007 I went to this clinic. At the time the pain was really bad, radiating from my neck, down my arm, and down my shoulder blade that I was sleeping while sitting up. I could not lay back. After 2 weeks of treatment I was laying and sleeping in my bed. Treatments continued to improve my issue and by 09/2008 I was pain free. On 10/31/2017 I went to this clinic again. This time I could not walk more than 500 feet without having to sit down. The radiating sciatic pain was too much to continue. After starting treatment things improved and by the first weekend of 2018 I could walk much further and the pain had decreased. By March 2018 I was able to vacation in Washington DC and visited 5 different museums, walking through all of them. By Labor Day 2018 I was hiking in the White Mountains pain free.

New Hampshire Arthritis Center - Dr. Marks, Dr. Mirza and Dr. Lynch (now retired)

Have been coming to Elliot Rheumatology Associetes (Yelp prefers the secondary name of New…read moreHampshire Arthritis Center) since my then rheumatologist Dr. Lynch created the department when he merged his practice with the new Elliot River's Edge several years ago. He handpicked Drs. Marks and Mirza as his associates. Sadly, for me and a friend who went to him, Dr. Lynch retired in May, 2015. He passed my care to Dr. Mirza. I was supposed to meet her a couple weeks prior to my rotator cuff surgery in September, 2015, but her schedule had a conflict so they pushed me back a couple months. Eek! Post op I was having a lot of joint pain being off one of my meds for several weeks until any risk of infection was gone. Doesn't take long to come out of remission. I needed her blessing to go back on it, and she didn't want to do that without meeting me; they squeezed me in same day I called for help. I really liked her. She's straight forward without being condescending. Thorough and thoughtful in the questions she asks about meds and symptoms and is making some changes that seem to be working so far. Easy to upset the apple cart when tweaking dosages. She likes to chat, and we go off topic. As I often did with Dr. Lynch. Never feel rushed, and she doesn't keep me waiting for more than a few minutes, though I know her appointment schedule is jammed. She and Dr. Marks are trying to find another rheumatologist to join them; taking on new patients is almost impossible right now. Apparently there's a shortage in the country, so any med students out there with an interest in arthritis in its many different forms, please consider coming to Manchester, NH! The Rheumatology department shares incoming phone and fax lines with the Orthopaedics and Surgical Specialists department, so when you call, the automated system will identify both (it refers to Elliot Rheumatology Associates, not New Hampshire Arthritis Center in case someone is confused). Just follow the prompts to select your provider to make/change appointments, leave questions or request medication refills.
