Instead of chisels and hammers, he has a steam cutter that was much more gentle. He did a great job, getting it done despite heavy snow fall. Even better, he had bid the job for two guys but ended up doing it himself. I wasn't even there for the work but he let me know that and gave me a break on the invoice. So, they're honest in addition to being capable!
