They carry out electrical installations, electrical repairs and portable applicance (PAT) testing which is probably a requirement for all electrical equipment in offices and rented houses. Inside the shop they only sell the basics: extention leads, bulbs, plug fittings and telephone leads etc but there isn't much electrical work that the general public are allowed to touch themselves these days anyway.
