I had a really disappointing experience with this Vrbo rental. When we arrived, the place was…read moreclearly not cleaned properly -- there was dog hair everywhere, on the floors, furniture, and even on the bedding. It made the whole space feel dirty and uncomfortable. On top of that, communication with the rental company was extremely frustrating. It was difficult to get responses, and when we did, they were slow and unhelpful. We reached out about the cleanliness issues and never received a proper resolution during our stay. Overall, this was not the experience we expected or paid for. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made to both cleanliness and customer service.

The villa Rimma…read morebooked for us was located on a bluff which lends itself to the most spectacular views of the Caribbean and the neighboring island of Anguilla. The villa itself was spacious yet warm and inviting. We were just minutes from the best restaurants the island has to offer. If you decide to visit this beautiful island make sure to dine at The Cottage in Grand Case. The food was just spectacular. There are two beaches with the most beautiful waters I have ever seen just a short walk away. No matter if your looking for a vacation to just relax or venture out this island is for you. We spent time horseback riding, shopping and exploring this beautiful island and still could of used another week to enjoy everything this beautiful island has to offer! Thank you Rimma for a wonderful vacation. Already dreaming of the next one!

So many other rv places kept turning us down even though we had money to pay. My only pain was that they charged us $15 to fill up a 15 gallon tank. If you would like to live in a park of nosy neighbors that have nothing better to do than gossip…read moreand bully than have fun. I lived there for 9 months too long. Pools are crap. The water is shut off several times a month at random times. The roads flood so deep all the time and you would never know if your lot will be underwater until after you move in. The GM is overwhelmed and NEVER responds to emails. Park inspections are a joke, there is supposed to be a standard and they gloss right over material defects as I tried to buy twice in that park and both times they passed the park inspection as I scratch my head looking at the obvious defects of these homes. The pools are way too small and are basic the main pool by the entrance is still rubble. Security guards at night are always sleeping when I drive in.
