He's smart, caring, articulately explains every procedure, humble and demonstrates abundant concern for his patients' welfare. Once last year when I had an infection after a difficult procedure he juggled his personal schedule and came in on a Saturday to make sure everything was okay and provide any relief he could. My wife and I will keep going to him as long as we can -- even though we live an hour and 45 minutes away. Their hygienists, assistants and staff treat you like family. They are always very courteous and try to lift you up.

I have a friend who goes to this clinic, too; I'm going to tell him to stop going there because there are better places that don't try to rip people off. I reached out various attempts and even went through my insurance turns out they billed me for X-rays when I brought my own. They were supposed to return that $ in order for my insurance to pay for a cleaning. Front desk never returned my call or email and I'm certain that was not done because the dentist that did in fact do my X-rays cannot get paid due to Marshall Dental billing for X-rays when I physically brought my own and have the email to prove I did before my procedures. Per other reviews this is a normal process for them. It's unfortunate as I would have liked to return. During this emails and phone calls they cancelled my cleaning appt. They are always flexible with my hectic and ever-changing work schedule which allows me to continue my treatment without having to worry about the exact appointment time because I know they'll work with me. Jim Misto is the absolute best. He will do anything do make you comfortable. He explains everything to you in language you can understand. During any procedure he explains as he goes along and always asks if you're ok. He works with your schedule and even with your budget. He is the best. One of the more important attributes about Jim is that he is genuinely interested in talking to you about things other than your dental issues. He makes you comfortable.
