I have a very good vein in my left arm and what should have been extremely easy for the techinician to do resulted in a very nasty bruise. The techincian with the mobile unit who administered the contrast dye commented on the bruise , and thought it was ridiculous. She put the dye in the right arm , which is really hard to locate, but she had no problem finidng the vein, and no bruise at all. I guess my point is that I have had a lot of bloodwork done in my life, and I cannot recall having even a small bruise in that arm before. I would have given a 5 star rating , but because of that experience I cannot.

Can't say enough good things about this facility. My wife had an outpatient procedure and from the…read moremoment she walked in, there was someone available to assist. She was greeted at the door by a couple of ladies ( volunteers), another fellow came up and told her what the first stop was and waited for completion. Then, he escorted her to the outpatient surgery area. Another volunteer in the waiting area kept me apprised of what was going on. As to the procedure itself, the anesthesiologist visited and explained what she would do and what anesthesia she would use. We met with the surgeon immediately after the procedure. The whole process went smoothly and we were in and out in 3.5 hours.
