The procedure was fast and efficient and used a newer procedure that was much easier on the patient. Dr Rea was very polite and professional. Even though it was after midnight when finished, they even lingered to swap war stories with me. My nurses afterwards were exceptional--Jordan and Cinda. All of the others, from the specialists to the food servers were also very friendly and professional. Although the food was ok, they could give you bigger portions though. My room was modern and clean. So, thanks for saving my life and being polite and professional at the same time. I base my rating after a similar stay at the vaunted George Washington University Hospital in DC over ten years ago. They sucked. Very badly. It's good to be back home. I almost enjoyed myself.

They have no sanitation in the room.. you must use a bedside commode and they bag the shit and put it in a trash can .you can smell it and it's very unsanitary for an icu. Their hours are extremely inconvenient, and when I showed up for my appointment, that I made over the phone, (at the Akron/Bath location) AND took off work for, they were closed! I found this location instead because they were open 1 hour later so I could just make it. I would give Quest 1 star, but the only reason I am giving 5 stars is because of my nurse Anitra. She was kind, helpful and actually made the experience pleasant. I was nervous because I don't like needles or blood but she talked to me the whole time keeping me distracted and made it almost painless! Quest sucks but Anitra is great! Thank you Anitra!!

Each "pod" has a nice comfy chair for the patient, and extra chair for your support person, flat screen TV and a beautiful park setting view. My nurse, Mary, is a breath of fresh air. She makes me feel right at home. The infusion process is quick but not rushed or hectic. I never feel like a number. A beautiful, warm and upbeat experience throughout. So glad I found this gem and will be coming here from now on.

Never saw a doctor-just a PA…read more Priscilla Hood prescribed medication without knowing any medical history and before I even had a blood test. As a result-the medication damaged my kidneys and I ended up hospitalized for five days. So now I have damaged kidneys and a $5000 hospital bill all thanks to the incompetence of Priscilla Hood. I filed a grievance with AGMC and was basically told I was out of luck (should have known they would care more about their liability than the patients health) and it was my fault that I was almost killed by her incompetence. So take my advice and give this facility and Priscilla Hood a wide berth unless you too want to end up in the hospital because of someone's incompetence. AGMC is controlled by Cleveland Clinic which I always thought was the gold standard of medical care. As soon as they started putting profitability over patient care-the standards sank and I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending them to anyone.
