This. Shop. Is. The. Best…read more I've been coming to this shop for years, and the whole time this dude Ryan has been solid. He's always had MY best interests at heart when it comes to picking up everything. He sells me what I actually need and not the thing with the highest price tag. Dude freakin rocks. The other staff are all solid too. The shop itself? Amazing. Tons of products to select from, for just about anyone. 'Water pipes', hookah, vapes, and massive selection of blunts, wraps and papers. They've got tons more, but it'll be too long of a list. All in all, it's an A1 shop.

I was about to place a delivery for some new pods and coils when I realized I have absolutely no idea if the pods and coils will work together. I called and a nice woman answered (I didn't get her name, such a bummer) and helped me out! She knew what she was talking about and even helped me better understand the new device I have. This will be my go-to vape shop now for sure. Thanks, Vicebutler!!

I don't usually leave reviews, but the team at Sweet Flower in Westwood absolutely deserves it…read more From the moment I walked in, the customer service stood out. Payo /Szy and the manager aren't just knowledgeable--they genuinely care about helping you find what works best for you. Every question I had was answered with patience, professionalism, and zero pressure. That's rare. What really impressed me was how consistent the experience is. It's not just one good employee--everyone I've interacted with has been on point. You can tell there's a strong team culture and people actually take pride in what they do. One staff member in particular went above and beyond, taking the time to explain different options and making sure I left confident in my purchase. That kind of service builds real trust and keeps people coming back. Management should know they have a solid team here. The employees are representing the brand at a high level and creating a welcoming, informed environment that stands out from other shops. People like this are exactly who should be recognized, promoted, and retained. If you're in Westwood and want a smooth, professional, and genuinely helpful experience, this is the spot.

We parked nearby, just in front because I am someone with ALS. The security guard bombarded myself…read moreand my caretaker about parking there, and said, "Maybe you should have "better manners". After we told him we have to park there because I can't walk around the corner, for ALS issues literally as I was buying medical cannabis. The car wasn't in the red, it wasn't impeding anyone. There was plenty of room for at least 2 other larger cars behind us on PUBLIC street parking. And response is, "What even is that?" After yelling that he couldn't hear me, he had AirPods in, and when I asked him to take them out so I didn't have to raise my voice, he laughed at me. Because this business does not own that street parking, I get to file a police report on harassment and discrimination of ADA law based on my inability to walk far enough, from a business after parking in a legal public place, which I have photos of. Basically, if you're sick and you don't want to get verbally abused by a random guard with headphones in, don't come to this dispensary.
