Luckily, I caught it three days later, preventing MAJOR engine damage. I lost 4 quarts of oil, and my engine holds 4 1/2! I showed the manager the photos and asked for a refund. He acknowledged it was his fault, but declined to issue a refund and offered only a free oil change. Why would I ever take my car back there when they nearly destroyed it? I had to spend $28 to replenish my oil and $50 on oil stain remover for my driveway. Never, never use this business unless you want your car destroyed.
