They have now lied saying they tried reaching out to me when they did not. Beware of this salon, even choosing a top stylist I still walked out with this.

I even received attitude simply for asking who I was speaking to. What bothers me most is that I was allowed to walk out of the store looking like this. This photo was taken 10 minutes after I left. How is a customer supposed to feel comfortable coming back after an experience like this? I came in hoping to feel better about myself, and unfortunately, I left feeling embarrassed and completely disappointed with both the service and the way my concerns were handled.

However, when my friend and I arrived, the receptionist was unkind and unhelpful, treating us differently than other customers who received a warmer welcome. I had my nails done by Maria, who was lovely, but I noticed she seemed uneasy and kept mentioning time, which added to the tension. At the end of our visit, I asked the receptionist why the salon felt so rigid, suggesting that a more welcoming approach could help attract more loyal customers. Unfortunately, she became defensive and argumentative rather than engaging in a constructive conversation. While the stylists were great, the overall customer service, especially towards those who might be perceived as different, was disappointing.

It has taken me years and years to figure it out. I didn't know why my hair wouldn't curl in the winter. Now I use 2 different shampoo types during different season. Needless to say, my hair is a whole different animal on its own. Whoever cuts my hair, I'm so sorry you have to deal with this beast. So you can imagine I've been to a few dozen. I mean DOZEN of salons before I finally found THE ONE - ANETTA! Like Neo in The Matrix! Anetta is my Neo! This is the 3rd time I went to see her and ONLY her. Yes you have to make your appointment as soon as she put her scissors down because she is just THAT busy. But that also means she's good to be that busy right? I have the attention span of a 3 years old and patience of one. I have absolutely no patience so I want to go in, get it cut and get out. I can't sit there and chat and talk about my day. I am NOT that kinda gal. Anetta was exactly what I want. I'm sure she talks to other people but I just don't need the small talk and she probably knew. Smart woman! Hahaha My appointment was at 2:30pm, the receptionist girl washed my hair, I got my haircut and Aneta styled it and I live 5 mins away and I was home by 3pm! I absolutely love it!!!! I am so happy with my haircut. How is it possible that one haircut can make my hair looks so much healthier rather than wispy and dry? She must learn her skills at Hogwarts! Thank you Anetta! I will continue to only see her as long as she will have me!
