I ordered the Mahogany Brown and absolutely loved it, the caramel rim was the perfect touch, almost like having a little dessert after dinner. I also tried my friends' cocktails, and each one was unique, creative, and perfectly balanced. One even arrived in a Chinese takeout box with a fortune cookie, which was such a fun surprise! The music was an eclectic mix of pop, folk, alternative, and classic rock. The bar is Charles Darwin-themed with abundant evolution and Darwin paraphernalia around the bar. I tried the Balimero. The flavor was unusual but complex. Overall, I had a good experience at Darwin's and would recommend them for cocktails in Salzburg.

The decore was fun and on theme for the name. The drinks were very good and pretty ;) If you are in a hurry maybe this is not the spot for you but if you want a great drink and relaxed place to enjoy it definetly stop by!
