I wish I could give then a -20 but Yelp wont let me. Please avoid working for this company at all cost. they are hands down the most crooked GC in the Central New York area. They treat their subs horribly and will do everything in their power to not pay you. Additionally, they will bring in workers on the site that should not be on state funded project and try to get you the sub to take responsibility for them. I keep wondering why the state of NY keeps on giving them work. read more

Worst Contractor in the Albany Area- Hands Down. Very unprofessional and unorganized. They go through site supervision at a rate that has blown my mind. The group did not undersatnd scheduling, the shop drawing process and couple that with their inability to do field verification prior to construction, it lead to a project that was embarrassing to say the least. They are off the list and I would not hire tem to build me a shed because they would most definitely fail. I have had 2 other firms call me asking for a rating and I have told them to run the other way . I am going to go out of my way to get them disbarred from public work. If I could give them a minus I would. I am a self employed small roofing and siding contractor that did work for this company on a city funded project In Schenectady. They are absolute crooks. It was a multi million dollar project with numerous small business working as subcontractors for them. They owe me over almost 100k in labor from a contract I had with them. They continue to change the scope of work, always hold back paying their bills. Are never ready for the work to be done, then try and backcharge you for not meeting their deadline because they have absolute incompetent people running their jobs. I worked on the project for almost a year and did everything I was supposed to do according to my signed contract. They ripped off every trade that was working there. I should have listened to the warnings I got from other trades when the job started. This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have worked for in my 25 years of business. I understand that they have almost 3/4 million dollars in liens against them for the project. They think it's ok to rip people off, then tie up your owed money in courts for years. Most poor working stiffs like myself can't afford the tens of thousands of dollars in attorneys fees needed to keep fighting for our money for two years. I can't believe big companies like this are able to continue doing this just because they have the financial means to pay attorneys longer then we can. They are lying thieves, and peter Marx and his main support staff should be ashamed of themselves. They can put small companies like mine out of business when they steal from them, and that's exactly what it is. They are thieves. I hope you have answers for your actions when to are face to face with your maker. Do your homework before you hire them.
