He diagnosed and arranged to have removed an approximately 1 liter pleural effusion (fluid in lung cavity). My breathing was much better afterward. He also diagnosed an irregular heartbeat, and arranged for implantation of a cardioverter (like a pacemaker). His practice is shared with other FAHC cardiologists and is very busy, but also neat, clean, and responsive to patients' medical needs.

I am 77 years old and have been cared for by many good nurses, but never one that cared for me like I was a member of her family. Its clear they never bothered to look into the case and just tell me the same thing over and over- your case is "resolved" Of course its not resolved and they are defaming me but they do not care. I have caught every supervisor in lies and they do not care. I figure this must be how inmates are treated when incarcerated. I cant say enough bad things about the patient relations team above the lower level workers- who are nice and just doing their job The supervisor? Atrocious

I received. Referral from my primary in mid November 2024. When I hadn't heard anything after two…read moreweeks, I called and was told the hadn't received my referral. I asked my primary to resend the referral. This office never called me, so I called them again and was told they would try to fit me in in February, but still no appointment. I had my primary send a referral to a different group in Saratoga. Within two days I had an appointment in Saratoga. Now I find that I have serious blockages in my heart and have been referred to Albany to have a stent put in. Still no word from Adirondack Cardiology
