My go-to order is the baked mussels, and to this day, they have never missed the mark. They are consistently delicious, with amazing flavor and perfectly cooked every time. Order them!!! I also didn't include a picture but the surf and turf sushi roll is fire. Order that too! I usually come with a large group, and everyone orders a variety of entrées and sushi rolls. We've always been very happy with our food. The prices are great, the service is good, and the quality is consistently reliable. We'll continue making Minato's part of our annual Laughlin trips for years to come. I highly recommend giving them a try! One helpful tip: call ahead and ask what time they're actually closing. First time in 40 yrs of celebrating Valentines with reservations. The food? I had the garlic crusted halibut with roasted potatoes. The halibut was overcooked and dry. The service was on point, and our server, Taylor, was excellent--attentive, professional, and easy to work with. The food was outstanding. I ordered the T-bone, and it was cooked to perfection. One of the guys in our group ordered a filet and added a lobster tail on the side--he said the filet had great flavor on its own, and the lobster tail was one of the best he's ever had. This was our third or fourth time dining here, and it's been consistently great every visit. The restaurant is clean, well-run, and very professional--you can tell they take pride in what they do. All in all, an amazing experience during one of the busiest weekends in Havasu. We'll definitely keep coming back every time we're in town.

As we were waiting for our food, I noticed a bus person setting up a table across the way, and she did what I consider a big no no. After putting the fresh table covering on while she was setting up the vinyl booklet that the check from the previous Diner fell on the floor. She picked it up and put it on the fresh table covering. If someone from the health department had seen what I saw they would've probably shut the place down. You don't pick something up off the floor and put it on the table of for the next diners to be dealing with and not even knowing it. Anyway, that's my experience and that's why I gave it a three this time. We'll go back, but I will be a little leery.
