We were delighted by the service provided by associate Erin Nueslein on a remote purchase. While…read moreit can't be easy to work with buyers who are not in market, we are not, candidly, the easiest buyers to work with in any case. Erin's patience, her insights and honesty and ability to work on short notice were all incredibly helpful and appreciated. At the end, she went far, far, far above and beyond expectations, handling every bump in the road with a sale by owner who was challenged by the process. Erin handled it with the grace and professionalism we've come to admire her for. In marketing, there is a Net Promoter Score where if the customer or client gives a company or professional a rating of 9 or 10, they openly evangelize for that entity without being asked. Prior to this experience, I've only done that for my dentist. I've now added Erin to that list! She is awesome and I will fill every website I can find with glowing reviews about her and tell people great things!! Here you go Yelpers!

I had never owned a fireplace before and wanted an inspection and cleaning. I saw Bob's recommended…read moreon a local Facebook group and gave them a call. Daniel came out and was very informative on what needed repairing. He showed the video of the areas of concern that he found so I could understand everything. Their prices were wallet friendly, too. Daniel and his helper Mark came by several times to make sure the job got done right. They were very friendly and chipper even if I myself am not much of a morning person. Side note, I had a small tree in the way and tried to trim it the best I could. Daniel brought a chainsaw and took care of it and Mark even took the trimmings to the dump. This was above and beyond what I expected and just shows the kind of people they are. I mean, if anybody is actually whistling while they work like they did, then they must enjoy the job and that shows in the quality as well. Barb at the office was also great and handled all the scheduling and payments over the phone without issue. She even thought to ask about how I was feeling (had my wisdom teeth out). The customer service just cannot be beat with Bob's. If you need chimney services or repairs, I would highly recommend the fine folks at Bob's Budget Sweep!
