During my time with this company, I encountered multiple serious concerns regarding employment practices and financial conduct. Employees were, at times, informed that the facility was "closed" under circumstances that appeared to coincide with termination procedures, while raising concerns about transparency and proper employment procedures. Additionally, there are ongoing issues related to payroll and tax handling. Deductions were taken from employee paychecks for taxes; however, there is reason to believe that these withholdings may not have been properly reported to the state. This is a matter that warrants further review by appropriate regulatory agencies. Most concerning is the failure to pay employees for work performed. As of last year, I and others have not received wages owed. In some cases, checks issued by the company were returned due to insufficient funds, despite being presented as valid payments at the time they were distributed. Based on my experience, I strongly urge prospective employees to exercise caution and to thoroughly verify the company's employment and payroll practices before accepting a position. I also encourage current and former employees who may have experienced similar issues to document their experiences and consider reporting them to the appropriate labor and regulatory authorities. My husband had a knee replacement and used their services once discharged from the hospital. At this time, they were supposed to come out and see us over the weekend, and did not show up until nearly a week later. By that time, I believe my husbands mobility really decreased. I looked them up with medicare and they only show up on time 80% of the time! How can you miss 20% of your visits and still provide good quality of care. I will go elsewhere and let my doctor know what happened. JJ
