I'm no model, but I can tell you that if you are looking for an agent, always remember that people who may eventually hire you, will prefer to work with agencies staffed with people who are kind, easygoing, friendly, and professional. If your agent has a poor personality or is rude, you cannot expect to get as much work. Sherrida is one of the great agencies and I'd recommend them on either side of the modelling and talent equation.
