The staff are always very polite. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable - every time I have been the experience has been so enjoyable and relaxing I can't wait to go again. I have never had a problem parking, the shop is situated on a very long residential road with streets off and there is absolutely plenty of free parking !! Give it a try - you wont be disappointed x
