I sat the package down on the designated area for these items and nobody was around the front area, but I could hear talking. I waited a minute or two and then I coughed a little haha. The worker said, "I'll be right out!" and they came out pretty quickly. They were friendly and helped me with my stamps. I got the fun SpongeBob ones for a little over $12, which wasn't bad at all. I did notice they were wearing an AirPod, but that didn't distract them from helping me out, so what do I care? Hopefully, they're all improving and growing from previous experiences! Thanks!

One separate worker took two men's questions and then said to the rest of us that she's "not working the front". We are supposed to arrive 10 minutes before our appointment and end up waiting 30 just to find out "their camera is down". That's so frustrating since folks took the time off work to come complete these tasks. Find a different location for your mail needs. This location is understaffed and unbothered.

When I go inside with him, I grab a sheet or two of those expensive Forever stamps. Our recent visit, my fried experienced some drama getting his money order. He told the clerk his amount needed and she repeated it to him. However, after she swiped his debt card she realized she accidentally did it for $52 more. She quickly apologized and got her supervisor to assist her in correcting the problem. It took a variety of steps, but they got it corrected. He got his money order for the correct amount and they gave him cash back for the over-charge. Good customer service. After they got my friend taken care of, it was my turn to buy my Forever Stamps. I am one of the last people who still sends greeting cards and I do my best to match the stamp to the occasion. My friends always comment on how my stamps coordinate with the card.

I received letter from the passport agency saying that my passport application was denied due to it not being executed by an authorized agent. Why would they waste my time taking my money in my application if they were not authorized. When I went up there to try to get them to fix it, the man was rude did not apologize and was unhelpful. He said that they could not help because no one there is authorized. He sent me all over town downtown USPS & to the library, & had to come back to this post office three times in one day just for him to give me a refund for my processing fee Which he was giving me a hard time on. I had to sit there and wait for a supervisor for an hour, just to get my $35 back. He was rude unprofessional dropping F bombS & muttering Jesus effing Christ because he was upset he had to give me the last of his cash drawer. Could have sent me a check or put it on my credit card. I never received an apology from the man who was not an authorized and sent me all around town. and never will as able to speak to Jason the manager.
