Yep. Had to send mail from another town named Buffalo. This is a small country PO. No line. Easy. These are disappearing across America. Visit yours while you can. read more

It takes up to 14 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for forwarding to start. Upon follow-up they had no record of the forwarding information and we were told to contact the Mesa post office. (Talk about the run around treatment). Also, many calls were made daily for several days and no one answered. They stated only one person works in the back and they are busy processing mail or maybe out doing deliveries. Well, why have a phone number to call when no one is going to answer. This is very very extremely frustrating! So sad! Thanks. Btw I would not rate even a one star but I guess the system requires a star rating.

I have seen them…read moreout in about during the holiday season from as early as 6:30 in the morning to as late as 8:00 p.m in some instances. These are NOT lazy workers. They always impressed me with their determination to deliver under any circumstances. I have seen them deliver in blizzards. That is a lot of risk, and it saddens me that there are barely any one these days that are willing to do a positive review and/or say thank you to any of the carriers for delivering their packages in horrible weather. They are the epitome to their motto - "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds." Sorry for the terrible reviews! Older fella at the front desk was super nice the one time I came in the other day to get my passport. I just don't get it! P.S I would post a picture of the carrier walking in knee deep snow, but I lost it on my old phone. It was an epic photo and that alone just tells me none of you can do their jobs. If you can do better than them then you go help them! I know I can't! They always tell me they're short staffed after all... Again, thank you for doing the extremely underappreciated work and getting me my meds through yet another snow storm.

I sat in my car…read moreand watched them pick up a ringing phone without answering, just dropped it back down instead of speaking and hanging up on the customer. I have a package I've had delivered EVERY SINGLE MONTH for six months. Now suddenly they can't deliver it. No reason why. Just can't. Tells me to come get it. And their useless website, that they push you to use, says my package is available for redelivery, but that that the site can't do that right now. "Right now" has now gone on for over 24 hours. The service is rude, the staff is obnoxious and lazy, so going into that crap office is whole nother nightmare. We're paying for this shitty service. Why? I recorded everything and sent in a formal complaint with everything in it to the USPS federal headquarters. If every person in Fargo who gets screwed by these mouth breathing yutzs complains, firings will start. So go complain. Prairewood Post Office is the WORST office in North Dakota. It wouldn't surprise me if it was the worst office in the US. Crappy, crappy, crappy place. If zero or negative stars were an option, I'd have used it.

While some of the USPS workers were immensely helpful in trying to figure out what on earth happened (thank you, Olivia!), others were not--with the end result an insistence that the package had been delivered as addressed (clearly it was not), and a general "whoops" attitude with the ending comment nothing more than a repeated insistence that it was delivered on their end and they unfortunately didn't have the "normal" photo of the successfully delivered package.
