I asked for a new quote that I never got, and then he told me the steering column was broken and needed to be replaced, so the amount would be the same as the previous quote. I put a complaint with the Greenwood Lake police, that's where his new shop is located. I finally got the truck back, and it doesn't drive any different than when I brought it. He is definitely a caniving thief.
