Would not recommend! Had them years ago, and due to a new system payments were jacked up making me a few months behind. I came back a few years later just to be charged a different amount then told and different than one that was even on my statement for my final bill. And I wasn't made aware of this new charge, I only found out after my bank was charged a higher amount. Staff isn't the friendliest at this location. And the service isn't that great either! Will never be back. And won't recommend. read more

I had a great experience at US Cellular. I was upset that every month I was going over my data, but I didn't know I was on a promotional plan and I wasn't able to see what other plans there were. Jason took the time to explain the other plans and upgraded me to one that would work best for me. I have an upcoming trip and he showed me how to back up all of my photos, use less data overseas, and upgrade my storage. It took almost an hour, but he explained everything and made me feel appreciated as a customer! I would definitely go here over Des Moines any day. read more

My biggest complaint about this store is that you have to wait an average of 20 minutes or more just to talk to someone. I think they should hire more help so customers don't have to stand around so long just to ask a question or buy a new phone. read more

I entered this location at 10:15 AM on a Tuesday morning. It is now 11:30 AM and I still have not been acknowledged. There are two employees currently working helping to customers. I have counted 11 people that have walked in since I walked in with no acknowledgment that have since left. I cannot fathom such poor customer service anywhere.I would avoid this location at all costs read more
