I probably have 10,000+ rounds down range with David as my instructor. It was worth every penny. He also gives discounts for students who would like to repeat a class. It encourages continuous learning. David not only teach classes but he is also a lifelong student. David takes firearms classes to learn and become a better instructor. He is a scholar practitioner of firearms. His favorite instructors are Massad Ayoob, Tom Givens and John Farnum. Overall, the classes exceeded my expectations. They are advanced, detail oriented and precise. Learning how to troubleshoot sight alignment, grip and stance on the fly helped me a lot. Other exercises such as the blind swordsman, weak hand, double bill drill, Isosceles, Weaver and Chapman, etc. are intended to both challenge and improve the skills of the student. Live fire on the range is great fun. It is safe if you follow the safety rules. So, don't show up for class if you want to do your own thing. Stay home, save money and ammunition if you're not serious. If not, well don't be surprised if David yells the 7 things you can't say on network television. You take classes to learn and David Maglio can help you become better. David Maglio comes highly recommended, so just take his class and have fun!

Craig and Becky could have been judgmental of my novice status, but instead, not only welcomed me and treated me with respect and dignity, but really helped me get what I wanted. Craig guided me to buy a .22 rifle as a starter rifle, to get used to shooting comfortably. Then, when I wanted the Ruger Walnut stock on a rifle that came originally with a composite stock, he and Becky started a month-long journey of finding the stock, realizing the trigger guard was attached to original stock, ordering that, finding out internal pieces didn't fit and grinding the inside of the stock down to fit them, finding the trigger guard well was shaped differently and chiseling that out, finding the screws were too short and getting new ones that fit. It was nothing short of amazing. With this first gun, I wanted something special, and for me that was the Walnut stock - I got even more than that - a beautiful custom rifle which I am so happy with! Now, I'll be taking a rifle course with one of them to help me start my journey! I have rarely received such wonderful customer service nor met such great people. Lead in thread was like a razor blade, no thread relief at the shoulder, I was told that the threading would be done by single point turning but it looks to me like they were cut with a die nut.
