Jobe stepped in not only to sort out the financing options but took it a step further and helped convince the rightfully pessimistic selling realtor that a cash offer or traditional financing wasn't needed. This was crucial as the timing for this home was incredibly tight given the length of time on market and getting the selling realtor on board was key to my offer being accepted quickly. Once we moved forward, Jobe coordinated with the contractors and sorted out all the fairly complicated 203k details in addition to keeping me honest about moving forward with all the mortgage details. He even provided a reference for a contractor familiar with the tricky financing situation.
