Two of the workers asked to use my bathroom and I had to knock on the door after over 20 minutes to kick one of them out. Totally unprofessional and trifling. I can only imagine what he was doing since they all looked like they were programming and reaked of stale cigarette. My TV stand is completely broken and I'm missing two glass tables. They were extremely diligent with protection, using blankets and/or shrink wrap on all furniture and electronics, and they were very by the book when it came to reviewing the contract and confirming details.
