I used to go all the time, never again. They literally robbed me. They sold me a super super super skunked case of Corona, just disgusting and rotten. I had a party, people spit it out. I got it from the fridge at BuyRite that day so it should have been pristine. Gross, only alcohol I've ever had to take back in my enire life. 2 missing from case, I told them it was rotten, showed my receipt from the day prior. Guy looked bewildered, he said I had to come back when some other guy was there for some reason. They put the case aside, I came back during the week. That guy wouldn't give me a refund either, he said, leave it, come back at the end of the month, we have to get our refund from the Corona people. I come back, they say, nah, no refund. I say, give me my case of rotten beer back then where is it? They said, yeah, we threw it out. So you being a customer that comes in here every week and buys a lot of stuff, this is what I think customer service is about. We sell you a rotten product and ruin your party, then we jerk you around for 3 visits back, as you are buying more things each time. After that, you don't get your rotten beers back, and guess what no refund for you either. This is the dictionary definition of theft, and the better business bureau would be on the case. Instead, I just urge you to not go here, there are plenty of better options up and down the the street. I don't know what the deal is, they couldn't have drank my bad case it was undrinkable. Did corona say no, if so why? Did they actually get the refund from Corona and just decide to keep it? Why if they make about $200 a month from me and all the parties I have to buy for and all that, why would they risk me obviously never going there again. Also, wouldn't they know that robbing your customers like this and wasting their time with the run around is going to get a bad review. Isn't it the principle of it at this point? read more
