When i asked them about it, they told me well its computer generated and that i should have received a post card in the mail telling me that it had increased. REALLY! A DAMN POST CARD! Which i never received. Thats a bunch of bull crap. Dont rent from this company. I talked to other customers and all but 2 said same thing and the 2 that said no had just moved in
