At first I thought the parking lot was too full but then I realized that it's a drive through. You go in the front and keep driving out the back way. There is no traffic on the street you exit. There are several scales for big loads and garbage cans in case your bag of cans breaks. The other place I went to you had to leave your good bags with them and I was told they had no containers for cans. Mr. Marr comes out and quickly helps you unload (the other place they sat while you brought in the cans yourself). I was very happy at the great customer service and what I was paid for the cans and the ease of entering and exiting.

We get serviced on Thursdays and the first time, they didnt come until Wednesday the following week, and the second time, they just came the Thursday next week after. Everyone else on my street is serviced except us. The prices seem to increase every other week and also, we did not know they automatically renew contracts, binding you to them for another 3 years, no cancellation without having to pay a huge sum of money or unless you call them in a specific window of time and they never call you to check. Every time I'd call about the contract, they'd just tell me the period is not up yet and then one day when I called them because they missed a pickup again and asked about the lease, the rep just said it was renewed last week. No notice, no nothing.
