DO NOT COME HERE THEY USE MMA!!!! I came with my friend for the first Time to get acrylic nails because I heard good remarks about this shop from friends. As soon as we walked in the lady criticized me and my friend for having time to get drinks but not being there early. It was a little rude but I apologized and we still continued with the service. After a couple weeks I tried getting them soaked off with a different nail tech. When she started drilling there was a foul smell and it took two and a half hours just to get the acrylic nails off. Come to find out it was MMA! For those who don't know what MMA is, it is a bad chemical that causes nail damage, skin irritation, and respiratory issues. It was banned by the FDA long ago but shops like these still use it because it's cheaper than regular monomer. My nail tech started to get an allergic reaction from them so she had to use gloves. I never make reviews like this but I just want to spread awareness for the sake of peoples quality of nails and health. Please re consider getting your nails done here. Cheap product is not worth the risk of your health. read more

I went there 2 day before my wedding day and I was so upset because they shaping of the nails were really bad they were chunky from the bottom then thin at the top I wanted coffin but there were really bad and then the bad was all off they didn't even paint the full nail and don't even get me started about how thin they were. I told them nicely that I didn't want to pay cause they were all messed up I even told them that they could cut them off i didn't care but I just didn't want to pay but she said If I didn't pay she would call the cops and I told her what about half off and I'll even cut them but she insisted that she would call the cops! I was so frustrated and sad that I started crying I didn't wanna pay when they didn't do them right. read more

Wish she would have payed attention and asked questions- cut way short without asking. Wrong shape. Did not clean under the nail afterwards like she should. Had to listen to her argue with her daughter the whole time. She then took no time with my girlfriends nails and cut them down to slivers. Won't be back. She did not care. read more

I haven't been here in years, it was my first time back and the place has been renovated since. I got a gel manicure and was very pleased at the time, upon further inspection noticed that the free edge was not sealed but didn't think much of it. It's now been 5 days since I got my 55 dollar manicure (French tips) and they've chipped right along the free edge. I'm quite upset since gel nails are supposed to last up to two weeks. I just moved here to the area and have met really nice and warm people. Except at USA Nails. Here is my experience. I walked in and was not greeted with any kind of customer service that indicated they wanted my business. I said warmly, hello. And nothing. There were two people working on two clients. I looked around the room. Nice and clean. The lady looked looked at me as if she was waiting for me to speak. So I said hello, do you have time today to do a gel color change? And before I could stop talking she shook her head no. I said, no you do not have time today for a gel polish change? And she shook her head no as if she was angry and said, NO I have no time today. Feeling completely embarrassed now that I have upset her. I backed up and quietly left. I feel really taken back by the unsatisfactory customer service I just received. I firmly believe in spending money local. However, with this kind of care I experienced, no thanks. I prefer to spend my money at a business that values each customer that walks in the door. read more

Took my mother to get a pedicure, it was the worst pedicure, if you could call it a pedicure. For $60, we essentially got our toe nails painted. That was it! The owner was very nice, but considerably understaff, as each phone call she turned away business. I was extremely disappointed, especially for my mom. Go elsewhere for a proper pedicure. read more
