Checked my tire pressure and the tire sensors and put air into each tire. I was going to have them rotate my tires but the guy suggested that wasn't needed at that time. They took very good care of me. There was no pressure to do anything extra and they put the air in my tires free of charge. I cannot recommend this place enough. If I lived in this area, I would always let them service my vehicle. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. So thankful to them for helping me and making my trip much better.

I was so excited…read more This is what I was met with when I picked up my car: soaking wet carpets that ended up souring and stinking up my car for a year, a broken right side mirror I had to pay to replace (and the auto dimmer still doesn't work), broken tonneau cover so it doesn't retract, front passenger seat not attached back to the floor properly, a huge scrape (5") in the leather on the passenger seat, and cracking of my entire dashboard, which has been sticky since it was cleaned and will cost me $3000 to replace. Overall, I ended up having to pay for their mistakes AND I drove a stinky car for a year. Why couldn't the water be vacuumed out with a shop vac? They told me to "just drive with the heat on." I will never go back and do not recommend. It's a shame too, because they seemed to work really hard on my car.

Who knew the BEST car wash in Tullahoma was THE WASH SPOT across from Lowes? I've done the cards and the clubs, and now realize how much money I've wasted at one of the larger car washes in town. THE WASH SPOT started by hand washing the smashed bugs off my front bumper before I even started the actual car wash. No more do I have to go through the line twice to get my car clean. I paid just $10 for their "TOP WASH," which included a "lava bath," RainX and ceramic wax. The finish on my vehicle looks better than the day I left the dealership. No lie! I've gone there several times on a Saturday closer to 8:30am and it was closed. The vacuums are hit and miss. Typically, I end up driving to 4 or 5 vacuums before I find one that works. The pay station where you enter seldom works the first time you insert a credit card. Someone has to typically come from inside to assist with getting the gate to open. I just don't feel this location is managed well. You could say it's always hit or miss when visiting this location
