new 1 trip 8x9.5x40 delivered and both door gaskets are completely damaged and shot. They will not return a call or email. This is supposed to be inspected and a one trip which is brand new. The manufacture date on it is 2022. I assumed I was getting something much newer than this. i've got no help no response and I'm very frustrated. If this will let me send pictures I will send the pictures. I definitely do not recommend and I would shop elsewhere. If you do a Google search and look at the Better Business Bureau they have complaints after another after another after another, and it's always the same old story with them. I'm not sure what my next step is, but I'm gonna talk to my credit union because I put this on my credit card and see what they can do for me. If I could give a negative score I would. I was quoted for an excellent used condition 20' storage container and was delivered a rusted out piece of ****. I paid $4500.80 for the delivery and declined unloading. Now they are only wanting to refund $750.80. Bait and Switch and no once cares. They won't even return calls or emails to the sales consultant, Jade, who has been the only star in this entire experience. read more

Good luck ever getting a container from this company! They had us waiting for over a month. We were lucky to get a refund from them (DO NOT pay in advance, people), and took our money over to CFS Containers out of South Carolina. The service was first-class. We got a container within a week, the delivery guy was incredibly nice, and it was cheaper. Take your business elsewhere, or suffer the disappointment. And, believe me, trying to get a hold of these people is nearly impossible. I blew up every number and social media outlet possible in order to elicit a response. read more

They scheduled delivery for a Friday and then the driver called the day before and said that he had a cancellation and wanted to deliver that afternoon. Said he would be here between 1 & 2 pm. Didn't call me until 2:30 and said it would be closer to 4 pm. Showed up at 4:30, dropped the container, never said anything about looking it over, didn't even offer to open the back doors so we could look at the condition inside. He just wanted the paperwork signed and he left. I think their "cancellation" was whoever was suppose to get this container refused it and so they quick pawned it off on us. The driver obviously has delivered other containers and knew the procedures but he knew that this one was damaged and wanted to get out of here as quickly as possible. I contacted the company as soon as we discovered that the bar to open one of the back doors was badly bent and it makes it hard to open. The company told me take pictures and send to them. After two weeks of going back and forth they are refusing to stand behind their product. Interestingly the last email I got from them states that not only do they not warranty damage to the doors BUT if you get a container that leaks - THEY SEND A REPAIR KIT for you to fix the leak. They advertise that all of their containers are leak and rodent proof when you purchase them. BUYER BEWARE - I WOULDN'T BUY FROM THEM IF I HAD KNOWN THIS ! ! ! read more

This business will not only deliver containers but do destruction of property and deny it. Don't order through these guys. They also supply you with a container that has ribbon and shoe laces on the walls of the container like they strung someone up. Highly disappointed. The customer isn't always right apparently, even when you see them take out your fence. You're the liar. read more
