For a stranger to suddenly and rapidly reach across the counter and aggressively tap on the screen your own finger is about to tap is a very jarring, unpleasant, and unnecessary experience. To my disappointment the service was out of order. I asked one of the clerks about it, of course she was clueless. After giving the specifics the staff went right to work. They smoothed out my issues, re-registered my car and handed me my tags. The entire time the service was professional, efficient and was well worth the small service fee. It was done and instead of two hours standing at the DMV, I was done and on my way to enjoy the day. And was told that same day that I would get a refund. That did not happen. It has been over a week And I still haven't gotten my refunds. I was told as of today which is Friday, August 29. That they will finally get my refund which won't be in my account today. I do not appreciate the way that this company has done business. It is completely unprofessional on the way it was handled. Being lied to and told that I was going to get a refund over a week. And never got the refund that is bad business. I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau because of this interaction with this company. Please be advised that you need to make sure that whoever you are talking to and ringing you out? Please make sure that they are smart enough and know how to execute their jobs properly.
